Unmade is a Portsmouth based community radio station offering a platform for DJs and sounds that are not currently represented within local nightlife or radio. unmade will bring bedroom DJs out of their bedrooms, bring unlikely collaborators together, and give Portsmouth stalwarts the opportunity to express themselves outside of their usual confines.
Unmade will be inclusive, reactive and always progressive. The sound will be new, forward-thinking, alternative or rare, but never none of the above. unmade will cover a wide spectrum of genres – if it’s good, it’s good.
Unmade will be a creative hub that will aim to intersect the disparate elements of Portsmouth’s music scene by bringing music lovers together. Everyone will have a voice. Only by being totally inclusive can we push the future of music in the city whilst paying homage to its past.

REFINERY SOUNDS W/ blufury
Blufury came up through the rave and techno scene in the nineties and has since played electronic music of all genres to a wide audience nationally and internationally. With residencies for Goat Shed and guest mixes for House of HiFi, Sweetpea and The History of Jungle Show her love of radio is clear and she is proud to join the Unmade family. She is best known for her love of break beat and jungle but has a deep love and respect of all styles of music and is often heard saying ‘Music is a universe’'.
With Refinery Sounds, DJ Blufury aims to bring a mixed electronic-based show where music can take you to new imagined places, or return to familiar ones. Whilst always looking forward, Refinery Sounds will also pay homage to the foundations of the dance scene with the aim of bringing music to fresh ears.
